Accommodation
The exhibitor shall make arrangements with the hotel directly indicating their function and if available receive a NEOA special rate. The Newport Harbor Island Resort, Newport RI 401-849-2600. Vendors may set up their booth on Tuesday, November 17 from 4:00-6:00pm or anytime after 7:00am on Wednesday, November 18, 2026.

Liability
NEOA and the Hotel shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to the exhibitor, or to the exhibitor’s employees or property for any cause whatsoever, prior, during or subsequent to the period of the school. The exhibitor specifically agrees to release NEOA and the Hotel from, and agrees to indemnify against, any and all claims for loss, damage or injury to the exhibitor, exhibitor’s employees or property. The exhibitor shall be solely responsible for the operation of the exhibit and expressly releases from any and all claims for loss, damage or injury to the exhibitor, exhibitor’s employees, spectators and attendees, arising from the operation of the exhibit. Insurance on all exhibits shall be obtained at the exhibitor’s own expense and risk.
