The Narcotic Enforcement Officers' Association of CT, "NEOA" is a non-profit 501c3 educational association.  The NEOA form in 1969 as a way to education and inform narcotic officers on the dangers of drug abuse and exchange information.  The NEOA expanded that mission to include the educational systems and public.  The NEOA believes that the honest exchange of the dangers of drug abuse is important to safe lives.  NEOA members witness countless lost of life due to drug abuse and see and deal with that lost with families.  Donations to the NEOA further that goal, with educational phamplets, training and operational expenses.
