A Message From the President………..

As a police officer for over 26 years, I have had the opportunity and honor to work with countless members of the Law Enforcement community from both here in Connecticut and across the United States. These officers representing all levels – local, state and federal. The main ambition of each of these brave officers is to make their state and our country a safer and better place to live – free of the horrors of drug abuse and all that it brings.

As an active member of NEOA for over 11 years and especially as its President since 2003, I have had the pleasure of interacting extensively with the public in the area of Drug Education. Education and knowledge are our greatest weapons against Drug Abuse.

The NEOA is committed to educate, inform and assist both the Law Enforcement community and the public to dangers and growing trends in the world of Drug Abuse. Let us bond together as Law Enforcement and the Public to present a united front in our continuing battle against Drug Abuse. Let us all pray for the day when this will no longer be necessary.
